They haven't said. I'd say like $200 for this one maybe as low as $150.

I said $200 yesterday, but now I'm thinking $250. This is a decent sized dio.

And Ani's sculpt looks fine to me. It's just the expression that we couldn't make out from the other pic. Another beautiful job by Trev.

I think $124.99

Don't be fooled by the price of the LOTR dio. That thing is tiny.

This has two characters that are twice the size and a much larger and more detailed base.

yeah.I forgot that it was 1/9 hobbit size for the lotr dio whereas this is 1/9 human size

$200 seems a fair price

Wow, that's better than I imagined it would be. That base is insane! I will be interested in the dimensions and price of this item when it goes on sale. Nice job all around, Trev!

im really liking this piece with the new shots of it though! and my two fave characters to boot.

from the side view anakin looks on the money, but im not counting out anything yet just because of the front view. looks to be a promising piece for sure!

would look very nice displayed between the two MR sabers

Wow! that paint is killllllller!

Thanks for the honesty on the likeness of Anakin! MAN was he a tough one...I think he beat me this round, but if I ever get to tackle him again....he's going DOWN..........I hope! :) (shouldn't have said that, now I'll fall twice as hard!)

anyway, I'm really impressed again with the paint and how this came together. I THANK the Sideshow team for making my work look nice, and creating a heckuva sweet piece. *bow*

remember, I DIDN'T do the stupendous PLATFORM. Just figures and Lava.

As a Star Wars fan, I think this line is going to rock.

Trev, could you share with us what the thought process was behind having them posed in the manner they are versus a locked saber blades type pose?

still a great job Trev, tell the factory not to muck your sculpts up with the paint! :monkey5

Are the dios your main squeeze at the moment?

I think Anakin' likeness is fantastic as is Obi-Wan's, Trev is a treasure and I hope China doesn't mess it up. These have to be really tough to paint at that scale.

I'm really impressed by this. I think it's cool not to have the obligatory crossed lightsabers. Excellent work, Trev.

there's a sliver of a scene when Anakin back flips onto the platform. that's where this is drawn from. I think once you see a few more angles, you'll get a better feel for their dynamic. my favorite angle for Obi-Wan and Anakin wasn't photographed by the rebelscum guys, but you'll likely see those later, or in a Quicktime rotation.

the design drawings were artworks on their own. you couldn't hope for better control art. I imagine the decision to shy away from saber clashing is that we'll see that many times in other pieces. (that's purely speculative, as a fan, not insider information! I really don't have any little insider clues! :D)

Anakin's force jump is jostling the platform as Obi-Wan begins his next swoosh (while also regaining posture)

maybe someday down the line you'll see the design drawing in a production blog. it really should be shared. neat work.

thanks again for the nice words...you don't have to be nice because I'm around though! :D...honesty is always appreciated, and I don't have any wounded pride because of it

Trev you did a great job capturing them, and I'm sure most fans will recognize the exact moment this was based on, I know I did at least. Even though I might have wanted to see saber's clashing, in a way this captures their emotional differences, you see Obi-Wan taking the backing off stance of not wanting to take down his brother, but you see Anakin poised to strike mercilessly at his former master, so the piece has the great value of capturing the hearts of the two exactly how they were throughout the duel.
