It does look a little better there, but is that the prototype or the first production sample?

I believe it the prod piece because his hair is darker in the 360 and matches the latest prod pics... a little hair lightening and he will rock, trust me, the sculpt is extraordinary as you can see there...

The 360 view doesn't look any better to me. Maybe it will look better in the flesh but I have little hopes with no repaint. I agree that the sculpt is in there somewhere under the horrid paint applications, as can be seen in the original prototype. However, why can't SS even get these halfway close to the prototype. Their paint apps are some of the worst in the business in my opinion. They make quality sculpts for the most part, but they never can shine through. The hair still looks like a tootsie roll ala Aragorn. Again, I think this figure can be made to look great but why can't it look great out of the box!!! I am tired of having someone paint my SS figures....Oh well...rant over...

Nope, sorry Dave, just keep looking, sometimes descriptions in these auctions don't state scale, but the box pictured above is the one to look for.

As far as the T 1000 Gi Joe Biker cop, I'm not sure I'm gonna pick one up for these reasons

1) T 1000 never confronted our heroes on this bike, he looked for them at Cyberdyne but never confronted them, as you all know he crashed into the Police chopper and used that for the SWAT Truck chase, plus it was a brief scene so at best you get the biker cop outfit without really needing the bike IMO but that's just me LOL.

2) When he did wear these duds, his head was obviously covered with shades and a helmet and he could be just about any other figure... it would be cool to see him pre-cryo, but again he froze, broke and re-emerged with out jacket, helmet and shades and only retained the striped pants. Plus the Hasbro figure has no jacket...
