When the lazy ass UPS Driver does his damn job. He was supposed to call his office and let them know when he'd be at my building so I could meet him for pick up and he blew them off. (never responded) after I waited 4 hours.

UPS Supervisor was pissed. And the Delivery charge will be credited back to me, again. Same thing happened with Jor El and a few other deliveries.

My New UPS Driver Sux! Last one was great, no problems.

Well I am sorry to hear that !!! Maybe it's best that you go pick it up. Who knows the driver could get mad and get spitefull. Here's to you getting your

Paul, love to hear your thoughts on this one, particularly since you own a Keaton Bats and had an HT Begins figure.

Well, I 've had a brutally busy day so I haven't spent much time at all with the fig, just that quick snap.

I can say a couple things on first blush. The package design sux, really. Flimsy and difficult to pull the tray out of the box. The figure tray was taped to the inner lining and that was taped to the box so how do you remove it? Stupid. And I don't have to tell you about the accessory tray. I do like the Box Art though.

The fig was MUCH lighter in hand than I thought it would be. The HT Fig is significantly heavier. I also thought the cape would be kind of cheap but I liked it a lot, it is lighter and flows better and I like the look and utility of it.

My Guy was flawless, no mold injection flaws or paint flaws that I could see and the body is tacky to the feel but the sculpt and poseability of the figure is superior to the HT. The HT has better weapons and belts, shoes, more accurate body but it is very tough to pose. The Tak body is very slender around the waist, all most too much but I'm sure that has a lot to do with poseability.


The Cowl design makes it though. It is a great figure and I'm glad i got it because HT may not be doing another BB figure...

I also like the extras, the harness, etc. The baclava (sp?) can be replaced with a more film accurate one and I suggest, if possible, picking up an Andy Bergholtz Bale head with Les repaint if you can make that work and you will have the ultimate BB Fig.

Need more time with this guy but it is beautiful.

I agree 100% about the box. For a $200 figure I would have expected to see some development on a better box. And it is SO flimsy. I had a hell of a time pulling the inner tray out. I bent the outer box all to hell in the process. I know I didnt but the figure for the box but come on, by far the worst box design I have ever seen for a high end figure. This box reminds me of the horrible box design that Sideshow Spinal Tap figures had.

I know what you mean King. Not great for when you want to rebox him. They should follow HT Box designs, they are excellent for reuse.

So glad the paint apps are great on mine. Many of the V1's had a bit of flesh paint slop on the masks from what I've heard and seen... not this time.
