If money isn't a deciding factor, it really is a no-brainer. Oscorp's pic (I think):
Medicom can't even get the scale of R2 and 3PO correct with respect to each-other. I really have to get rid of my only Medi figure and put them on my ban list - I can't think of one redeeming thing about them.
I am being really nice to most here. People if you're not happy with ssc. Then look into a Class Action Lawsuit. Ssc made a post thatopen then up.
As A pperson who collection is mostly by numbers. I am not happy and well.I am thinking of leaving it.
But all the crazy stuff on lady death and others even C3PO . Sue them they will listen!
In the end it may cost them $$$.
WTF? Litigation?
All I want is a nice shiny toy. SSC can't give that to me. So I'm going to shop at a store that can. As well, in future I won't be paying the higher price at SSC for a figure based on the erroneous assumption that their CS is worth it. SSC loses $$$ on both counts.
Why on earth would I want to sue?
Not my pic.
Yeah, I don't want them to go outta business and lawd know this country is mired in enough lawsuits! Not like they told anyone to go screw themselves, you ain't getting your money back. Just saying that they use to have a very clean no hassle return policy and process, save for imports. Is just starting to be like everyone else's return policy now.
No CAL.

I've got a couple more flexpayments to go then I'll have mine.
I really hope I don't get a returned reject one from Sideshow. I'm happy to pay more and use SSC but if their CS has gone down the toilet then..........
I might see if I can pay it off early, break the flexpay.
@Lejuan, I hope it gets sorted out for you, you were one of the first to order too! Yours has far too many QC issues, it should never have made it through QC.
TWO returns?? That blows. You should be able to get your money and reward points fully refunded. BTW After two weeks I got ZERO response from my initial enquiry about exchange/refund. It was only once I called them - not easy in my timezone - that the wheels started moving. Good luck!

Why not? Really if any US Company want to pay this game. Give it back. Look I am not being hard. I don't care about eyes. But I do care about the end item. It's up to the seller, any seller to sell you what you asked for. If you just take what they give you. Then stop posting about SSC SC. Deal with it. Your the problem.
Fine, you get your money back. The you will need to if you wish buy it from someone else. Fine. But if they have one that is mint. Why should they not charge you $900 for it? After all SSC is charging you $400 for a broken one. An your Happy with it? Or you will take your refund. Guess what. 10 others will just buy it in return and, maybe 3 will return it?
All I am saying is stop bad mouthing a company. That does not care about you. If you don't care, why should they? Guess what? They are showing they DON'T!
Dude, no one is bad mouthing SS. Simply sharing experience as informed consumers so that others can make informed choices. You know, like reading Consumer Products magazine, or any other trade Mag that discusses one product, or customer experience over another. I'm not sure you understand how a CAL works, or any lawsuit filed in the US court system but first, in order to form an argument for a case, you need to be able to show that harm was done maliciously or in a manner that doesn't meet some established standard of care. SS offering refunds.... uh, is basic industry standard. The discussion is simply about if they go over and beyond as they once did.
I'm not tort happy, but if you are, more power to you. My 3po is fine, BTW.
Of course I want what I pay for, but if the retailer is willing to either refund my money, or offer a replacement, or somehow make the situation whole by reducing the price, which SS has offered the former, Seems like their approach has changed, which has sparked the conversation questioning if they are really worth the extra scratch anymore.
You honestly do not need to explain yourself Lejuan - or DCfett, for that matter.
