I did. I haven't put them in yet though. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning so I prolly won't get around to it until after I get back. Prolly Monday or Tuesday.

right on. you will be amazed how such a small change will kick this figure to another level .............:lecture

Yea, Pix!

Great to hear you got a good one... AND that you like it so much. Confirms what everyone has been saying.

I really need to splurge and just get one already.

What do you mean by "good" one? I want this but the price scared me away and I haven't been following it. :(

Seems like the pistons seperate a little easily but are a snap to put back together (though I think some were broken completely). Main reason for unhappiness is scratches and/or blemishes on the finish. Looks like most are OK, though. QC problems don't seem to be any worse than any other release.

It's unfortunate that a lot of folks have had issues on some level or another so far, because it's otherwise pretty much the poster boy for high end 1/6 SW figures right now (apart from HT Luke).

Mine is literally fault free.. getting in early I imagine wasn't the only reason for this. A bit of luck too perhaps.. :)

Meh. I would say that characterizing this piece as flawed for "a lot of folks" is misleading. Seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Also I definitely got in on the tail end of this (and apparently mine was owned by 2 people before me, judging by the box :lol) and mine is flawless too.

I want one. :(

You got yours for $240 shipped pixie? Damn, that's amazing.

Yeah. $240 from a seller with zero feedback on amazon. :lol

I took a huge risk, but it definitely paid off. I am still pinching myself.

quick question, i noticed on mine, his right abdomen just under the pectoral, there seems to be kinda like a brushstroke type finish going horizontally. It's really hard to make only if looking very closely, doesn anyone else have this on theirs?

I wasn't trying to skew the stats.. :lol

Just saying, it seems like quite a few.

Glad yours is cool too man. :)

Just ordered this guy for £262 shipped! I know its steep, but its the best price I could find in the UK (even thats imported from Japan). I'll just skip a few of the more standard releases.

anybody made/seen any custom bases for him, with more of a death star feel??

Roll on R2!!!

Pic? Could just be the oil application?
