Lol, have to admit that was good for a laugh. That aside, the photo of HT Luke and 3PO above is very nice. Luke especially is a very hard figure to photograph without looking kinda weird. And damn does 3PO ever photograph well. Although I'm generally not into repaints, I do hope they re-use him for K-3PO. Think that droid would look pretty slick but at a reduced price point, ideally.

I purchased the Taito R2D2 with the retractable parts a couple weeks ago. It is hardly as good as what Tamashii will come up with, but it really fills the void in the display.

I have several Hasbro R2s but they are horribly under scaled. This one looks really nice. I imagine if someone were to do a repaint it would look near perfect.

I don't have a link but it's the Taito clock or the USB-thermos you want. Only the clock have the retractable third leg. The Action clock that someone here has is a little smaller heightwise but much thinner. It looks much better colorwise though.

you have to use a proxy. i never had any luck with that either.

I assuming you're referring to a mail forwarder (a person/service) rather than an IP/http proxy, right?
