Huh, not sure how to feel about a scaled down BAT. More reasonable to display, more feasible to ship, but not in scale. Hmmmm....

Not only an armory, also looks like the Batsignal - might a trench coat Gordan come with it?

Any scale but 1/6 is a fail for Hot Toys(e.g. 1/4 scale figs). This scaled-down Batwing is disappointing.

It's not feasible to sell the Bat as a proper 1/6 scale, so I can live with this so long as I can put in a 6" Batman. If that's the case, I'll probably put the Mafex Batman in there, as I believe that will probably be the best looking Nolan Batman in 6". Hell of a lot better than Mattel's crappy stuff.

I dunno about fail, disappoint, yes, but really where would a properly scaled bat fit? I would consider the smaller scale IF priced right. Could be a cool prop for a backdrop scene.

Well, considering the cost of the newly announced Iron Man armory, nothing they plan on releasing will be considered "priced right".

This is a done deal for me. Like the mini Matrix sentinel, at a reduced scale, HTs can keep it.

On a flex, I can work the cost into my budget and as long as replacements parts are available, QC is merely...an inconvenience.

Surely the logistics of making this full scale would be difficult. But I'm sure they thought about that before they showed it in scale.

I'm good if they decide not to make it in scale, but I have no use for it in my collection at a smaller scale.

Unless, they make a limited edition 1/12th scale Batman to put in the thing. Something tells me that they wouldn't want all of those precious "blogger" pics that they taut throughout their Facebook page to include a Mattel Movie Masters Bats piloting their "high end collectible."

I'm loving the Tony Stark figure. Also, the Prometheus suit and superman figure. I expect the head sculpts aren't done yet though.

Anyone who owns a Tumbler knows what a nightmare it is to find a place to display it... and a 1/6 scale Bat looks like 2 Tumblers in size!! 1/6 scale Bat would be insane. Then again this hobby is rarely sane...in so many ways..

It's about 4 times the volume internally i reckon based on the size.
