I know right? Idiot. I have even less faith in this movie if they're not trying to make the characters relatable or likable. But hey, CGI sells. Everything else is an afterthought anymore. It just has to look cool, and have moments of comedic relief.

RIDDICK's attitude really is best for this. I wish I could wholly adopt it but every time I think I have I find myself picking the latest clip apart and wishing it were a James Cameron-directed franchise-closer instead....and it isn't. It's something disposable and useless, unable to be taken seriously. I think Terminator can be better than that; it doesn't have to be this way. As Reese says in one of those clips ''no, this is all wrong...''

Especially after future John's "epic" speech about him sending all the reprogrammed Terminators back through time. "Good guy" Terminators were nothing new at that point.
But still it was pretty hilarious how Pops frustrated Sarah by knocking Reese out then innocently told her that Reese would live. I'm glad they are coming up with new jokes for the series and not repeating old ones.

And the Hulkbuster.
T-Asian's a wimp. It took a blast from that massive shotgun to make the T-1000 pause to reseal his eye in T2. But now Sarah's tiny pistol does the trick.
