David Ayer might be the way to go for sequels.
I always said the T-800 didn't have enough tattoos.

Based on those abysmal Hobbit movies, I would say that Jackson is way past his prime, as well. Only one solution I can see.

Screenplay: David Goyer
Director: Zach Snyder

The drab, depressing, anti-heroic approach would work for Terminator, and we could see some decent CG and action scenes. Plus maybe some innovative use of phallic symbols.

There is nothing left to say anymore with the Judgement Day / Skynet story.

Had this movie been a success, what is left there to say or show?

Must stop Judgement Day again, must stop Skynet again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, another nuclear explosion again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, post apocalyptic California again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, silver machines attacking beat up homeless people again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, cops and doctors interacting with the heros of the story again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, Terminators losing their fake skin again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, Terminators possibly having emotional connection to humans again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Look, Sarah, Kyle and John again....Zzzzz....Zzzzz.

Snore.

We get it already, A.I. is bad.

Embrace T1/T2, i'm good with how those 2 ended.

It's for the best this movie bombed.

Nostalgia and my love for 80s Arnold and T1/T2 are responsible for any positive feelings I had towards this movie, not the movie itself.

Many parents told me it bored their kids but they enjoyed it to a certain extent, same for my kid, he wanted Terminators and Dinosaurs to show up.

I thought
Kyles picture of Sarah burned up in the fire during a terminator attack.

Oooooohhh^ And Mr Ecko didn't like it either. Dayum. I gotta go pee again before I start into this....
Nope. I kinda hated it. The only part I liked was seeing Ahhnuld again as a T800. Other than that the movie sucked imo

I love the level of intensity of the T2 bar fight in any of the movies, what he does to those bikers is freaking brutal.

It hurts everytime I watch that scene.

Can't let you take the man's wheel son, now get off before I put you down.

Saw it yesterday on one of the largest IMAX screen in the world.......and dug the hell out of it.

A lot better and more satisfying than T3 and TS. I liked how well they were able to recreate some of the overlapping scenes. Our theater went nuts when the Nikes were strapped up. :rock

Muscled Piece of Wood. The man looks the part of an action hero, but doesn't have the charisma for it. He was ok in the role, but was much better in Spartacus and Jack Reacher.

Mother of Dragons. Hawt. Played her part well. Obviously a much younger version of the character than in T2.

Arnold. Thought he was great this time around. The one liners didn't come off as corny as the T3 ones did. I like how they
had him survive. The only Arnold T-800 to do so.

John Conner. The guy playing him was good. I like it when actors relish in
bad guy roles.
The scar looked real this time around.

I'm not really sure how any Arnold or Terminator fan could hate it. The flick wasn't close to the first two, but a fun time.

Me and my best bud talked more about this movie afterwards than any recent ones I can remember. I would like to see at least one more.....

Solid 7/10 from me.

Yet another die hard Terminator fan who recognizes that it isn't as good as T1/T2 but is far superior to T3/TS and who was able to have a great time with all the good elements it brought to the table.
