As everyone knows I love T2 but even I agree that Arnold as a 'good' T-800 has long overstayed it's welcome. Does Skynet have control of any of its model 101s in the future?

Yeah its pretty freaking stupid that now 3 of the 4 Arnold TERMINATORS sent through time turn out to be uncles, dads and gay strippers. Awesome killer line-up you've got there Skynet.

Why doesn't Skynet send a Terminator to the mid-19th century to kill Sarah Connor's ancestors? Guns without smokeless powder would be pretty useless against a Terminator.

Why go back to a pre-Skynet time at all? If they screw up anything they could prevent their own existence (which they kind of did in T2.) Just go back one day before Connor's forces smash their defense grid and warn themselves so they can kill him then, "Edge of Tomorrow" style. Stupid machines.
