How structurally sound do you think this figure will be? The reason I ask there are are a lot of very thin pieces of plastic (especially the pistons) and I could see a tumble or even posing wrong doing untold amounts of damage.

I have the Aoshima version it seems like to would be a more stable figure and less prone to breakage. But I do think this figure wins out in the appearance category. It really is amazing and (at least from the photos) looks more brutal than the Aoshima.

Yes, like Robocop, you have to be somewhat careful with some poses... that's what the stands are for, free posing adds risk of course...

You can always chrome it out more... I've ordered two of these, one I'm planning to black wash and battle damage it up a bit. I was going chrome that one and if it turned out well do the other one also...

i saw it in person and i was rather disappointed with the paint...
anyway, i hope to get my hands on the blister exclusive battle damaged version. we'll see how that one looks like...

Well you could always chrome it like that dude did with the Neca 18" Endo but considering the price I don't have the nerve to paint one of these babies. A $40 Neca with a bad paint job is one thing but a $130 Hot Toys is like a PF... a work of art.

ha... "that dude" was my endo! (but i had it painted by someone else). yeah, it looks FAR better chromed out... i can only imagine what that hottoys one would look like with the same treatment.

Maybe the second wave, which most of us are getting, will be chromier. HT always leans towards improving their figs in subsequent runs...

So, who wants to send the HT Design team an email addressing this now? Should we? Still plenty of time for them to chrome it up for the second wave, just as paint apps issue...

Battle damaged Endo is Blister exclusive. So in order t make it fair, maybe there will be a "high shine" super chrome version as Sideshow exclusive.

Much as I'd love to have the Endo now, I'm glad I'm getting it through Sideshow and will have to wait because hopefully you guys who are getting it soon can put it through the rigors and test how fragile it is or isn't so I'll know when the time comes to get mine.
