Dude, you got #15! Sweet digits, brother!!!My replacement Thanos and MD arrived this morning. Thankfully, it arrived in one piece with the same styrofoam cutout around Cap's shield. Base was covered in that white powder, but after cleaning it off the gauntlet lights up. There is a tiny chip on one of Thanos' boots, but it is barely noticeable when assembled. I can't see sending this back over a tiny defect. Looks like this 6+ month odyssey is finally coming to an end.
Box had some minor wear and tear but I did get a lower number (#15) and the 10% discount so overall I am happy. I'll post some pics tonight.

The wife called and said my exclusive replacement just arrived. I know the one i sent was number in the 100s, but the one that arrived is #12. Please, Please, Please be in good shape when i get home! Already got the display area set up for it.

Good luck guys. Hope everything arrives in one piece. On a related note, SS offered me the 10% discount email which I accepted but they still charged me the full amount. Called up SS and said WTF. They said they knew about the mistake but I don't think they would have done anything if I hadn't called. I had the choice of getting the $36 refunded or $40 towards another order without losing SS points, so I took the $40 option. Just wanted to let you Freaks know in case you are charged full amount that you have options.

Way more cocaine on the base this time around filling in every tiny recess of the base, and other pieces as well, and not really wanting to be removed. Battery cover oddly doesn't fit? 
It's way off center and won't close properly. Lights do NOT work. Changed the batteries and still no dice. It just wasnt' ____ing meant to be. I am still surveying the entire piece, but that's what I have so far. Mother____er, this piece has been nothing short of a huge disappointment and a gigantic pain in the ____ing ass. I'm just returning it. ____ an exchange. This is bull____.

Sorry to hear that man. I had a lot of that anthrax/cocaine on my base too. What the hell is that stuff? My lights didn't work right away either, so I took out the batteries and cleaned the contacts and wiggled Thanos on the base a little and then it worked. So maybe you want to wiggle it, just a little bit. Anyone remember that gem from the early 90's?
