I'm scared. My CC was charged for the 1st instalment the other day but I'm kinda worried that by the time it gets here and it turns out to be damaged(god forbid!), there'd be no replacement left! So scared.:crying

I switch this to FlexPay but since a lot of people getting the captain America shield damage I decided to pay it off just in case I will get a bad one that I did I will get a replacement for sure. I wish I will get a replacement soon. Hopefully the Iron Man War Machine won’t have a same problem :pray:

Well, at least they don't have to ship your replacement very far. I'm in the friggin' east coast! Hope mine survive the trek!:thud:

What a nightmare!
After 18 days with no returned calls or emails, I finally get a reply saying I need to send my Thanos back and was given a UPS label to print.

The lady who sent the email is not one of the usual people I have dealt with in the past. Within seconds of getting the email from her last Friday I IMMEDIATELY replied asking her if I should keep the pieces that were fine, or if they needed the whole thing back since I was not sure how they wanted to handle it. All of friday went by, the weekend went by, and all of yesterday went by, with no answer. Finally I just printed the label, kept MD and the head swap out and sent the rest.

I must say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and timing of late. I have never worked a job ever where it was acceptable to just ignore emails and get to them when you feel like it, I don't care how busy things get. And I could see it taking a day or 2 extra if you get swamped, but 18 days from the original request just to reply?

Hopefully when the dust settles next year they can all sit down and iron out their business model a little better.

On the whole the company is fantastic, otherwise I wouldn't spend so much with them, it just seems they are either doing REALLY good or REALLY poorly, not much of a middle ground.
 
Corrose - I got my email last night and in it they said to send back the base and Thanos body ONLY, so I think you did the right thing. I didn't send back MD or Thor's hammer handle or SS board. They wanted to know my edition number too. It seems as though SS is growing too much too soon and we are experiencing those growing pains.
 
Hmm, well I kept my MD, and change of head, but I sent them the surfer board and hammer handle thinking it was "part" of the base. Hopefully they don't leave these things out when they re-send my shipment.

I did the samething , no answer at all, so the next day I email to the guy I deal with, that email never reply me back!!
 
Just spoke with SS with regards to the replacement. In summary, I hold on to everything except the Body and the base. Meaning that I hold onto the Mistress Death (both heads), Thor's handle, and Surfer's board. Everything else goes back including the original packaging materials. We will most likely get a different ES # when the replacements are shipped out.
 
Got my replacement MD head in today......and this one also has a chip on it! it's right on the front peak of her hood too.

sooooooo your saying they sent you one single piece to replace a faulty one and it turns out the replacement is also faulty. :slap

great move ssc, great move. geez man, no wonder they're so busy and not replying to anyones emails when they seem to like redoing things over and over again.:monkey1
