hey, i tried to order one kda... but i had a problem with that.

when i put them into the cart and than i following the steps for getting the deal done... and i think it was the 4 step... i had to choose package or shipping conditions... but there was nothing to choose...

so what can i do... 3a dont reply to my message!

I was on board with ThreeA stuff since day one, but have become tied of all the random, secret drop orders. It seems now it isn't for the fans anymore but for the flippers. 3AA membership used to mean something, now it is stricly for the discount only.

The new site was down so the reverted the sale back to Bambaland. Buying from the Bambaland was quite easy. I think they should stick to Bamba until G3A is upgraded/fixed.

Bambaboss drop at G3A is an acid test for the new site. It was chaos as expected but folks are still able to check out the items albeit with a some effort. That was 17 Sep.
Come 29th Sep, 12 days later, with KDA drop, we can't even check out the item at all. Everyone stuck at "You did not select your shipment method". Obviously someone is sleeping on his job.

I can understand and can accept slow loading... even an error page now and then. But fundamental things for an online shop like letting people buy things, aren't even achievable... I have nothing else to say.

That wasn't good and we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience it caused for the customers. That's why Bambalandstore was brought back and used as an alternative.

What I would suggest doing is a limited beta where the next sale only 3AA members can use the new site. That way you limit the users base to something you can predict and should still get enough users to give you an idea of server load without killing it.

And also make the figure available to all 3AA members for a set time, not just "we have 100" so only the fastest flippers, opps, I mean collectors get a figure. There have been too many random / secret drops lately.

Yeah, I know. I figured as much I guess I am a little gun shy since it's a few months away. That would leave me SOL with PayPal and I think I'd lose my dispute right with my credit card. Hmm.

Hell, they even promote a sale with the "F5 Bar and Grill" thread. It's just asking for an internet traffic jam.
