Saw T2 in 3d, Cameron needs to get a refund. One of the ****tiest conversion I have seen him do.

I must say it looked bad on the big screen, but it does look good on my home 3d tv. Still have to watch it again in full on my home 3d tv. Only checked some bits.

I have it in 3D as well and I have found that many movies that look like crap in 3D on the big screen (BvS), look great on my tv. Haven't had time to watch it yet though.

I honestly was disappointed by it. I felt like Cameron pulled a Lucas and made the film a downgrade and a waste of my money.

I liked the 3D. I loved seein' T2 on a big screen, even tho it was color corrected and not full version.

These are actually the first complaints I've seen about the 3D. Is the problem that it was barely noticeable or too noticeable? For me it was the former except at certain parts and I actually thought that was a good thing.

Well, I saw T2: Judgement Day 3D in the theaters a couple of months ago, and I thought the layers were too obvious in several scenes. For instance, there are shots in the biker bar where Arnold looks so obviously digitally inserted, it's almost as if he wasn't even really there. It almost had a Star Wars Special Edition (1997) quality to it. There were a few other scenes with this issue as well, but that was the most glaring, IMO.

I just want the 4K BR, I only saw it in 3D in the theater because it was my only choice. I enjoy 3D but happily see movies without it and have no desire for it at home.

Yeah, although I wanted to see the theatrical cut again out of curiosity it made me realize that the SE is indeed better.

Ooooh, harsh! The Jabba scene....

I wonder do HT even still have the license anymore since the last figure they made was Genisys Arnie 3 years ago. They might have to pump out a figure this year to renew it.

I’m sure they’ll make some based off the upcoming movie. Revisiting the old ones though, I don’t think they have the dedication for that.

I wished all the Star Wars discussion would be locked down to one thread like all the cordial Terminator fans on SSF here.. :monkey3
