I wasn’t freeze framing to scrutinize, I take stills for photo reference and such and just happened to be on this scene when I noticed the update.

In fast motion watching, it’s not gonna be a big issue but just surprising to see how ugly the shots are individually to make it.

I always get upset when I freeze frame movies looking for poor cgi replacements. Seriously, is it even noticeable when just watching the film?

Not at all. You'd never notice it unless someone pointed it out to you. It's far less noticeable than it being the stunt double.

Arnold's head being digitally inserted over the harrier pilot in True Lies: Perfect.

Arnold's head being digitally inserted over Peter Kent's face in T2 3D: Garbage.

If you can't tell the different then consider yourself lucky because I'll never be able to watch the new version without that awesome stunt being ruined.

Nah it looks fine. You could always tell it was Peter Kent before it was altered, how is this any different? Pick your poison. How would that one particular moment ruin your enjoyment of that particular scene?
