Dark Knight Rises might not have been as good as its predecessor but it is not a bad movie and nowhere near as bad as ASM and IM3 was.

What a horrible set of exclusives last night. I was really disappointed. Way too much hype. The viral was an even bigger let down. Two thumbs down for that attempt. Hope it shapes up in the coming weeks.

I was pretty pissed last night. I'm STILL wondering what all of the hype was about because I certainly didn't get it. I'm all for the 'ASM2 train,' but that was a joke.

Most of my disappointment comes from the viral though. I had been waiting about a month for the countdown to end. It struck 00 minutes. And nothing. About an hour later....they posted a small 5 second clip of Spider-Man swinging and reset the clock for another 30 days or so.....

I should have known better.

But I know Webb said he wanted to make the ARG bigger this time around, so I assumed that meant starting things sooner as well.

Last time around, it kicked off on Super Bowl night, so this isn't much of a head start at this point.

Interestingly enough, I went to another viral site (the one with the countdown) and found a clip of two guys standing around, one of which is throwing something. Lasts about 4 - 5 seconds. In black and white. Have no idea the significance. Maybe it's surveillance footage of someone spying on Parker? The other guy looks like it might be Harry. Maybe someone is spying on them both???
