Pretty idiotic comment considering it's pretty much the same. You should have said "the ASM costume", now that was atrocious, basketball texture, metal ballerina slippers and all. Eyes bad? Ha. Atleast the Raimi masks didn't have alien jaundice eyes.
The costume was the only thing Raimi got right everything else sucked.
I guess I am thinking of the eyes mostly. those Raimi eyes sucked so much. I HATED them, always. the one thing about Spidey that drove me nuts.
I know the last movie had a horrible costume but at least this one is the most perfect costume ever. Perfect eyes

Wait, Spidey 1/2 are good movies, Spidey 2 is actually an excellent movie.
At one point it was considered to be one of the best cbm.

Who said it was better. Crow said he didnt like the raimi suit and then stated he didnt like the ASM suit either. ASM suit was good but nowhere near as good as raimi's suit.

Agreed. I really liked the ASM suit as well. But it's not the definitive Spider-Man suit for me. I don't think anyone can argue that.

1. Wouldn't a better comparison be about the suit from, I don't know, the same filmmakers that made ASM? Why bring up Raimi and that "awful", "terrible" costume?
2. That awful costume is pretty much the same as the ASM2 with web shooters and larger, rounded eyes. So wouldn't that make the ASM2 suit 90% "awful".
It was just a stupid, exaggerated post. Especially when the new one has more in common with that abomination from 2 years ago.

Especially when the ASM costume is the more apt comparison considering, I dunno, ASM 2 is it's sequel?
But nah, trash on the original suit that looks just as good as the new one except it's awful costume and it's "OMG, terrible, ugly eyes". Doesn't make a lick of sense and is the usual hyperbole in this thread when the original Spider-Man films are brought up.
