Ah, so it's the kids that hate the Raimi Spider-Man films. No wonder. I guess CelticP was the stand out exception to the rule. He was a kid and he appeared to love them.
I don't see what Spider-Man fan/Comic book film fan/film fan could hate Spider-Man 2. The train scene? That killed it for some of you? The message there isn't that the people are these cynical ****s that want to hurt Spider-Man by telling people who he is. No, they have a respect for him because he saved their lives. They were all about to die and they knew it. There's, what, a woman with a new born baby, two little kids, a business guy that reassures him that "it's okay", and a couple of dudes who are reminded of their own sons. Yeah, they have an incentive to tell everyone.
Great thing to dwell on. Certainly makes for a horrible movie.

People blame Nolan and TDK for "teh realism" in comic book movies... but where is this influx of "teh realism" in comic book movies that wasn't already there before even Batman Begins?

LOL@ people talking about the realism of taking camera phone pics of Spider-Man on a train, and forgetting to realize it's a movie about a guy with Spider-Powers that crawls walls and has webbing coming out of his wrists.
Oh wait camera phone pics= realism.
Does anyone actually enjoy movies anymore?
