You don't understand the distinction between science and fiction?

I heard these two nerds at the theaters during my showing of Prometheus saying that this Peter Parker doesn't get bit by a spider. That it will be more like the Fly and he's in the same genetic chamber as a spider . . . and that it's no accident.

That's got to be bull crap and wild speculation. I haven't seen that anywhere online. That would be dumb if true.

I have yet to see anywhere where iwezmybed20's assumption that he's been genetically engineered was debunked. If that's the case, and he winds up not getting bit by a spider, on general principle this movie will blow big donkey ____.

Come on you guys atleast try to work with me. I was being sarcastic to. i dont actually believe thers sixty clips and 17 trailers. But anyway jye those clips do spoil the movie I would recomend not watching them. This one clip had a huge spoiler in it.

I really hope this isn't true. I understand the point of updating certain things to make it more modern...this would just be unecessary. It won't destroy the film for me, but it will be very, very disappointing.

I really hope this isn't true. I understand the point of updating certain things to make it more modern...this would just be unecessary. It won't destroy the film for me, but it will be very, very disappointing.

He did turn into a giant spider once before in the cartoon i think.

Damn, I thought they were going for a more serious Spiderman this time around.. The over the top cheese and the G rated family music really didn't do it man... That was really cringe worthy.. I'll be able to forgive that scene if the rest of the movie still feels like the vibe they were going for in the trailer. They shouldn't have used this scene as a sneak though, it was really weak...

I agree... i'm optimistic because some twitter reactions have been saying good things but I have yet to see a full clip where the film didn't look cheesy as ____.

Well they say that its going to be like the fly as in he will be more and more like a spider and less like a man. thats what i got out of it. I dont want it to happen but peter did turn into a spider once. it was kind of like the earth vs the spider movie. Instead of getting awesome powers the dude turns into an ugly disgusting spider. OOO how I hate spiders. ICK!!!
