bad part is for most of the good stuff you have to camp out at the store which isn't worth saving a few hundred bucks to me.

That can sometimes be fun though I haven't done it for years. People are getting to weird now to camp out with. I used to do it alot for concert tickets, but you have to be so careful now.

Plus the weather can be too cold. It's too cold to stay out most of the night here.

I have to ^^^^ing work tomorrow.

But I've already gotten most of my shopping done.

Yeah, same here. All of the Best Buy Blu ray/DVD sales are already on bestbuy.com, so I did my shopping already! Plus I'm a Reward Zone silver member so I have free shipping! :banana

What they don't tell you in the ads....

"come down, fight the crowds, and wait in line for an hour just to check out to save a measly $10 bucks."

Whats the matter, don't like to socialize? ;P

There are a few deals that save you more than that. But yeah, for the most part on some items you are right.

Did this last year, but this year the stuff I want will be available online throughout the weekend so I'm lucky.

Mostly the people that go to these are regular people who are going for stuff like cheap computers or TV's, last year I went in after the long line of people at Best Buy (around the shopping center) and went and got a hugely discounted hard drive.

nah i just dont believe in black friday. Most of the stuff you buy, you will be able to get at the same price or less in a month or two down the road anyway. it's mostly stuff that they are trying to clear stock to make room for new ^^^^ from the upcoming year.
