I hate it at the theaters but I love it at home on my 112" projection setup. Totally different for some reason.

I think part of it is the movie theaters themselves. The two that I go to are totally different picture wise. I would never see a 3D movie at the one simply because it comes out too dark.

I where glasses for reading, but needing glasses to watch tv in 3d seems like pain to me.

Awesome, Jyecat! Thanks for the heads up. As for all of the positive comments about 3D TVs, It's definitely something I'll look into when I decide to upgrade from my 15 year old SD clunker.:lol

I really do appreciate it, Jye. Target price-matched it for me, so I picked it up there. I figure, this way, if ever I do get a 3D TV, I'll have a start-up movie.:lol With that in mind, **** paying double for that "limited edition." It's the same damn thing with a clunky box and a number on the front. I wanted to get this as cheap as possible because you just know that there's going to be a ton of different versions in the future.

The fact that Snyder was talking about "director's cuts" makes me wonder if we wouldn't see some sort of Ultimate Collector's Edition next year. Then, if Batman vs. Superman is the success I hope it to be, and DC does get their movieverse going smoothly, you just know they're going to ape Marvel's "phase 1" set with something collecting everything from MoS to Justice League.

Granted, that'll probably be in 2022, or so.:lol

Looks like some Best Buy's are already putting the new RoboCop Blu-ray out on shelves.

New transfer looks good so far!

I also PO Robocop 4K plus I went and ordered Spiderman 1 4K.

The original Spiderman 1 Superbit was one of the most impressive dvd transfers, wish I held onto it.

Hopefully this BR 4K looks as good.

I'm going to regret all these "mastered in 4K" purchases one day when they release real 4K BR in a year or so. :lol

I can't help it, my TV kicks so much ***. :lol
