That disc goes into my shredder. :lol

I just cringe. I just remember vehemently defending the idea of "another R-rated Die Hard movie," while Celtic kept saying "this is gonna blow," and then I saw it, and it made me want to cry...because I got emotional...because it was the polar opposite of the original, which was pure adrenaline and testosterone...so, basically, that one was pure sadness and estrogen.

That being said, the inclusion of A Good Day to Die Hard is what I'm using to justify my disinterest. I got the 25th Anniversay Collection on Black Friday for like $10 a few years ago, and I think this one looks awesome, so, that's how I'm talking my self out of liking it. "Sure, you get the cool, cheap, Nakatomi replica, but you also get stuck knowing that you paid actual money for a copy of A Good Day to Die Hard, and that's terrible." :lol

I liked A Good Day to Die Hard alright. It was decent enough to watch again and I own the blu ray.

That reminds me I have the first one on blu unopened...need to watch it sometime soon. Agreed, true classic badass movie.

Die Hard 1 is seriously timeless. It is as badass now as it was at the time of release. The casting, the acting, the story, the action, the music... it's all perfect. I really like Die Hard 3 as well, and still really love part 2, but the John McClane character just got a bit cockier in the sequels, and slowly became more and more Bruce Willis. He was truly a fish out of water in the first one.
