Sounds like the way to go. I like as few hands touching my steelbooks as possible so I normally pick them up in store without preordering. I don't even want them pulled for in store pick up lol. I understand the risk of not po'ing though.

So far I haven't any problems with Target and steelbooks, but since you live so close to one, you could always return it/trade it, or buy one anyway and take it back if the online pre-ordered one is fine.

True and I've done it that way too. I kind of enjoy the excitement of the hunt though.

Any issues with shipping ? How well are they packed?

Target's packing is about the same as Best Buy, IMO, though I have had regular blu-ray cases damaged from BB. It has more to do with the person who is running the packing machine though. Sometimes the catch the edge of the plastic case and breaks it. I just exchange it at BB then.

I just remembered and went to PO Minions and realized it doesn't include 3D. No metalpak for me on this one.

It's pretty much the same cardboard envelope

I only ordered one thing from em, it was Justice League steel; it used a bubble wrap envelope. Didn't know they did the cardboard. I prefer the bubble wrap though, more sealed and prevents water damage.

I'm curious about this. I can't find any info. I wonder if this is a new blu ray line. I am pretty much complete with the Diamond except for Pinocchio for next year. Any know more about this?

Amazon.com: Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs [Blu-ray]: Adriana Caselotti, Harry Stockwell, Lucille LaVerne, Moroni Olsen, Billy Gilbert, Pinto Colvig, Otis Harlan, Scotty Mattraw, Roy Atwell, Marion Darlington, Lucille La Verne, Stuart Buchanan, David

Some Walmarts have this now, but most have to order it online. Others stores will have this in February, but I'm not sure if there's anything else with it.

Looks like it's coming out of the vault for a re-release. Might be missing a few special features this time, though. Best Buy will have an exclusive lenticular slipcover.

The February version won't have the headband and probably not the DC and movie money as well.

What I find so funny is this....

It's suppose to be out today, yet few WalMarts have it in stock, but you can order it for pickup. If you order it for pickup, you have to wait till the 16th to pick it up. If you order it to ship, you have to pay almost $5 for shipping (unless you have a $50 order then it's free) but it still takes 2 weeks to get it, UNLESS you pay $2 more, then you can have it in a week. Pay $11 more and get it this Friday. :lol
