jye what do you find yourself enjoying more at home 2D 4K/HDR or 3D blu-ray?

No contest hands down 3D.

3D TFA Falcon escape > any movie with a slightly sharper picture and deeper red.

For me if 3D ended it would be criminal.

NOW in a perfect world sure I would love it even more to have 8K/3D I am so greedy god lol.

But right now as it stands 3D > just 4K/HDR alone ESPECIALLY since i’m a master at making my 1080p look as good as it can be!

Nothing but net.

What do you mean? He's always on here! :lol

Says the guy with over 41,000 posts lol

It’s all good though I enjoy being on here as much as you do. :duff

Next month is my final alimony payment and then I've got my sights set on an 82" beast at Best Buy so jye I might need to have you fly out and calibrate, lol. :yess:

Umm congrats lol

I’m very fortunate that i’m able to borrow my coworkers calibration hardware and software and there are parts of it where I prefer to have 2 sets of eyes doing it anyways.

I don’t own the business so I don’t want to shell out the cost for those items especially since I only do that part time as I have a whole other full time career totally different than that.

But it’s such an addictive fascinating hobby and I don’t mind the extra money when they take me on a big job at all the fortune 500 executives homes.

I'd be happy if I could just get rid of the spotlighting on my TV.

By the way, Jye, you only live 2 hours away. Hint, hint.

:lol

That's driving me nuts, too.

Some tv’s just can’t be a Ferrari if they have Dodge parts lol

You know Rush when Disney moved my sister to ESPN HQ I think she was in your neck of the woods I used to go out that way all the time to see her.

She’s no longer at ESPN her project was finished there shame I didn’t know you back then lol

Yup, I'm 5 minutes away from ESPN.

Are you saying my $1200 4k 3DTV is not as good as a $5,000.00 set? The Gall!

Oh snap dude I was over there once a month lol

Yeah, I'm already considering Wonder Woman 4K for $10, and I didn't really care for the movie. :lol

If it was WW 3D for $10, I'd be all over it.

I’m definately buying Suicide Squad 3D for that $10.
