Man, that sucked LOL. I am so disappointed by how underwhelming that was. It looked like a WB11 show from the 90s, very Hercules/Xena like. Morrison is NOT a leading man - he looked so damn GOOFY when that Twi'lek chick was talking to him in the bar.

So... what are the odds that Ludwig Goransson (the composer) has seen all of the show already to, you know, compose the music for it and he actually kinda let's us know through the theme what he thinks about it: "Hum-dum-dum... Hum-dum-dum-dumb-dumb-dumb-dumb."
Never expecting the suits at Disney to approve the piece of music, but lo and behold there it is...

I was relying on Khev and AJP to tell me why this episode is so good and they have attacked it. I feel like John Hammond when Grant and Malcolm start bantha poodoing on Jurassic Park after he was relying on their support as the respective experts.

I think Robert Rodriguez had the weakest episode so far in Mandalorian and in my opinion this is why this is not really good as well. There was enough good in the show to give me hope that other directors will do better.

Both episodes have very questionable jetpack issues too - or should I say, lack of use of jetpacks.

Completely ruined starting in The Mandalorian. Suck all the mystery out of Star Wars until it's an overpriced, empty plastic shell. This is the way.

Yeah that whole interaction was weird. From the Rodian's play for favour instead of trying to escape savages (yeah I said it) to Boba Fett asking him if he would like him to cut his bonds (WTF) to Boba Fett leaving him alive. How many edibles was Favreau on when he wrote that? Didn't anyone tell him the 40-minute rule? That stuff creeps on ya, buddy.

Yet another Star Trek style alien in Star Wars -- blue guy from Mandalorian was first I think.

-I can see why Anakin killed the children too...

I'm starting to get a feeling they should've left Boba alone after his glorious return in The Mandalorian.

His first appearance in his armor in that show can't be topped. I will watch this show and I hope it gets better, but so far this was as unimpressive as Marvel's Phase 4 D+ offerings.

I have watched Mando S1/S2 multiple multiple times now!

I can’t believe those words just came out of my mouth…I will not rewatch a show about Boba Fett!

I’ve watched the PT and ST hundreds of times!

I’ve even sat thru the Holiday special 4 x since release

I didn't love his episode but I think weakest episode award goes to ... well it's a toss-up between the village/AT-ST one that felt like Xena: Warrior Princess or the 100% trash acting and uninspired art direction of whatever the episode was that introduced and prematurely killed off Fennec with that wannabe bounty hunter who was having trouble acting his way out of a paper bag.

What's even funnier, is his one "successful" act; killing Fennec, was retroactively undone, inadvertently giving his prey and nemesis extended life , both in character and acting career.
