Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

looks pretty nice coco. why dont you use the ss rene belloq jacket? it might be a bit beige, but you could bleach it a few times i guess. not sure if it would be the right style jacket though...idr the movie that well. btw, you do some amazing woodworking!

Not a bad jacket. Definitely too beige but a Rit color remover bath or bleaching might take care of that. Maybe a tad too small also but if I switch him over to a Narrow TT or the Pro it may look better. A possible option for sure.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

What about commissioning a custom?

PM me if that's an option and I will forward the guys info. He is a member here but I've forgotten his handle.

He made that custom Aayla Secura outfit for one of the members here. I also had him make me a new Jack Nicholson Joker suit...he did an awesome job.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

I think that one is too small.

The vest adds to the body so the jacket needs to be looser.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

Not feeling the Belloq jacket... even if it was white the material has too much texture to be a tuxedo jacket. The rest is looking great though.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

Didn't Sideshow produce a white tux jacket for one of the Bond figures?

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

Just a note to say, great to see your stuff, and look for a PM and email soon about some "other" things... :naughty
Great works.

Agreed. The search continues.:monkey5

Yes. It looks as if it would be perfect too. Finding that figure for less than an arm and a leg is the trick though.:(

YES! I love "other things".:naughty Thanks, Les!

Sent you a pm, maybe it will help.

Got it. Thanks! That jacket, although not quite accurate, would definitely work. I've seen that figure before and am hoping I can get one a bit cheaper.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

This a custom I just finished for a boardie today. My "Deluxe" version of the Coba Commander Podium I started making some time ago. It includes the base and backdrop as well as the podium, drape and removeable mic.

Slowly working thru my backlog now so I should be contacting some here regarding stuff I had them on a wait list for.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

That's awesome. Silkscreen for the Cobra logos?

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

Thanks guys!

No, it's not silkscreen. It's painted on using a template that EvilFace made.

Re: Cocoboloboy's Crazy Customs

Yay! My TOD Indy jacket problem is solved. I had a tan suit in my stash that I gave a bath in some RIT color remover. Worked out great I think.
