Actually he is leaving dents fundraiser,driver askes ablut dent an.d joker response I'm a man of my word.its in the script book that came out around the movie.if that book is the actual script,there's not much that was cut.

TDKR fever prompted me to watch TDK on blu today. It really is a great film.

One thing I noticed with the Joker; his facial tics and thing he does with his tongue are quite similar to what Jeff Goldlum did as he was turning into The Fly in 1986. I wonder if that was a specific inspiration to Ledger.
