AE stuff always sells out but there is a huge cancellation rate luckily. I remember I freaked out with the 89 line that I missed out on bats, buts I checked the site months later and he was there.

Anyone think this table would work good to store the tumbler underneath?

I thought it was wide enough and you could stick plexiglass all around the underneath part as well

Its 18" wide and 60 inches long which should be enough for this and a batpod

or is it not wide enough?

The Tumbler is 18.5" wide, so you would want something at least 19" wide.

probably a stupid question but the tumbler relaunch and the original tumbler is the SAME stuff with SAME features and whatnot right? i was wondering if i should just preorder the new one or jus get the old one when i can get the same price

Not a stupid question at all but the term "Relaunch" makes me think it is the original tooling.Very sparse inside ,the Tumbler.Whats there is beautiful but it s missing many of the touchscreens of the original.In that sense,then, it is completely accurate since the "hero" Tumbler had none of these either.
It ll be taking it too far for many fans but id love to see a accurate model of the actual Tumbler set,the one with all the whistles and bells,screens,etc.Very surprised that none of the talent here has attempted such a thing to be honest.Whichever version you end up with though you wo nt go wrong.The size will still shock many who ve placed an order though,be warned!!

I've been checking the Sideshow news letter each week as it has items shipping in the next 30 days and this still hasn't come up yet.

Guessing its coming to be late August before its shipped

Cancelled mine through Sideshow today and ordered through Popcultcha (australian distributor). Even with the cancellation fees it should still be cheaper once shipping factored in, plus it should be another month behind Sideshow to help avoid all the stuff shipping now.

I kind of want this but kind of don't. It's impressive, sure. But it also takes up a lot of space and for 450+$ I could catch up on my backlog of statues and the other Hot Toys I need for my Nolan collection (Scarecrow, etc.)

That's why I flex pay this and the 89 Batmobile, it's really hard to let go $470 in a single month....

What 3 Tumblers? So far from Hot Toys there is only the black TDK Tumbler/relaunch, and the teaser image of the TDKR Bane dirty Camo Tumbler. That just counts as 2. Unless I missed something. Have the other two "modified" TDKR Camo Tumblers been teased by HT?

Holy moly...look at the size of those things. I've got the Tumbler and Batpod, so I'm already used to their size... but everything seems so massive in that photo.
