This head sculpt looks weird. Like it doesn't look human. It looks like an alien wearing a Bale mask. The bone structure is really weird.
There is an idea of a Bruce Wayne. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

I think they totally nailed it
the perfect patrick bateman sculpt right here. this is no longer bruce wayne's set. its bateman's.

it looks ok to me. better than dx19 but still not better than custom work (but harsh of me to compare). its an improvement over dx19 but not by a lot to me

Man this feels like the mando 1/4 situation. Release an updated superior 1/6 right after the 1/4 is shipping.... so now you have a 1/4 that's outdated by a 1/6.

Well, I am not interested in that armory at all. But I like this Bruce and the proper Batman suit. Well. It is also not the Bruce in a suit with a cane they showed us before, so who knows what else may pop out.

I only just got into collecting Hot Toys and this is one of the reasons why I left. I get it, InArt are now a big player so Hot Toys have to beat their chest but for the customers, like me who just bought and received their DX19, what a kick in the nuts. Then to rub salt into the wound they compare it to the DX19!!!!!! Who does that? **** on their own product!? What's the point of buying this if they're going to release another one so close. What's the point of buying anything if they're just going to replace it after a short period of time. I was so glad they released the DX19 when they did as I just started to get back in and it meant i could buy at RRP but, correct me if I'm wrong, it had been a while since their last TDK Batman release so it wasn't met with this type of response.

why does Bruce looks like a disappointed angry dad and at the same time looking like a football coach on the sidelines .. First thing I thought when I saw this was that they saw what OT was providing and BAM suddenly they try to make it "accurate" while they just released a 350$ DX19 ... what does DX even stand for anymore?? Shouldn't that be the deluxe ultimate version?? I can't understand how hundreds of people praise and defend this on the dreaded Facebook page... I would feel robbed..

I was most impressed by Bruce's body then I found out it's a 1/6 scale statue.. What?... I thought they did something like DreamEX Raphael with the Crossed arms I was really happy tbh.

BUT.. the sculpt, what the hell man, it's so weird..? Eyes are unsettling and they really love that puckered mouth huh? It's really weird to me.

Glad to see they're finally making that version of the armory. But had they made it around the time they first revealed it, I'd probably own it... Now it's far too late.

So, queen studios starts up inart to deliver action figures in addition to their statues, so HT now delivers a statue.

Inart has to be feeling so good about themselves right now.

We all criticize HT for doing stupid and unpredictable things, and this is just more of the same. They’re clearly feeling some real pressure from the competition and their reaction was to massively crap the bed. They ripped off OT’s stuff, canabalized one of their current products, and gave us a statue instead of an action figure. Talk about “ready, fire, aim” :ROFLMAO:
