To be real honest with you, the Bruce Wayne is really cool in person. I know the video reviews and the controversy about the sculpt, but I see Christian Bale. It’s a good looking piece.

Yeah just got mine in and the wayne sculpt is better than their previous attemps at least. Now I barely see any likeness in the previous sculpt from DX19/Begins.

The armory is actually pretty cool in how it functions and looks in hand. Wish the logo wasn't permanently stuck on it though, could've easily made it a removable part... I prefer things to be screen accurate and the logo kind of ruins it.

Sculpt is better in hand for sure. Never saw the likeness on DX19 heads. Love this set.

I actually asked him whether it would be the same price range as his begins head and he gave me a thumbs up. I assume that means it will be the same price roughly. I'm definitely in for one, especially if it comes with the neck. On the DX19 that's one of my biggest complaints.

That's really great news...
I really liked the Begins cowl, so i have no doubt this new Dark Knight cowl and neck will make a big difference on my old Dx12!

It’s not. The top of the neck (that the cowl sits on) is actually hollow to make it seem the bat suit in empty inside:

The empty cowl is attached to the neck on mine. It may come off, if forced off. Mounting putty could keep a headsculpt attached to it.

Ok, thanks, was looking at it for sale on Toy Anxiety as a means for a better neck for my DX19, but it won't work, glad I didn't rush to get it.

Finally got a night to open and set up. Absolutely in love with this set, it is everything I assumed it to be, 702 bats is a huge upgrade, immediately apparent in hand. Love the new build, cape, neck and even head, lack of mouth plates sucks ass, hot toys dropped that ball, could have been really special. Used DX 19 body for the armory, but the new neck looks off and obviously doesn't fit right, but I can deal for now as it's not the center of my focus, I couldn't justify a spare 702 body cause it's too good to waste in the armory lol

Only issue is the neck magnet is not as strong as DX 19 so I take it off for every adjustment I make to the figure, it will drop off with futzing.

Really great piece, super happy to have it, can't wait to add Catwoman and whoever else HTs redoes
