if the City was blocked, no one could get in or out, the bridges blown up,
how the HELL did Bruce get in the city so quickly ?
You do remember him flying over Hong Kong don't you.![]()

Yes. But I also remember him having 2 things he doesn't have when he escapes the prison in TDKR:You do remember him flying over Hong Kong don't you.![]()
Irish I do redact after seeing the movie again my notion that Alfred got fired. Alfred said he couldn't do this anymore, went off about Rachel's note, and at the end of their discussion Bruce said "goodbye Alfred" in a tone that suggested that he realized that his butler was leaning toward quitting and that he simply wasn't of the current mindset to stop him.
So yeah if that's a dealbreaking diversion from how Alfred behaves in the comics I'll give you that. I thought it worked in the context of the movie universe.
Yeah, but I still think its a betrayal of the character in the first 2 movies as well. No way the Alfred of BB or TDK would abandon Bruce... for ANY reason. It's done in TDKR for no other reason than to show Bruce literally losing everything. It's a plot device only, which would be okay if you could reconcile such a contrast in the character of Alfred. A lot of us simply cannot buy it.
No passport jyecat. He just had bread and some other crap.
He's broke, no phone, no Alfred, no gadgets, nothing. Also I doubt there are any available flights in a city that's in lock down.
I think he just flew to Gotham to be honest. He is a bat after all. Nothing implausible about it. That's why he was there just a day before the bomb went off, he's just a bat, not a jet plane.
Or maybe Morgan Freeman created a special teleporting device? Hmmmmmm.

Yes. But I also remember him having 2 things he doesn't have when he escapes the prison in TDKR:
1) Money
2) Help (Alfred & Lucius, the former of which has abandoned him in TDKR).
Also funny is that he can get back to the U.S. on his own with no resources, sneak into Gotham and locate Selina... but needs her help to get to Lucius. Nolan movies are really supposed to be smarter than this. And they usually are.

I didn't mean his Bat gear, he simply contacted his low flying skyhook smuggling friends for a ride back.
