In one way, Nam is right, this recent shooting I believe had much more press than Ledger's suicide.

I'm a huge superhero movie nerd fanatic (no **** ) so I went to multiple viewings of this movie yet I would be lying if I said I wasn't seriously worried about copycats.

So i'm certain non fanatics didn't go because of copycat fears.

There was a guy fully armed at the IMAX an hour south of me that same weekend.

Better Batman

- Batman discovers that he can be both Bruce Wayne and Batman in Forever and that his parent's death wasn't his fault. He chooses to fight crime and protect Gotham.

- Italy tourist discovers a way to fake his own death and lie to the city, again in Rises. He failed at being Bruce Wayne and retires from being Batman, again. He chooses to live a life of quote on quote "happiness" (whatever that means) because his gay Buttler gets hurt.
