I want to start a poll thread about which movie had the best Bale bat-voice but I'm worried the mods will close it.
Because everybody already knows it was Begins.

Besides, after Oldman's performance, I can't and don't want to picture anybody else as Gordon.

TDK, hands down. "Your peanut butter will sell, forever".

Bane's arms look crazy when he's climbing down the chain to get to Batman in the sewer scene. Holy crap!
I think someone like Nicholas Cage needs to be in the next Batman movie - as Batman, for everyone to eventually have a fond appreciation for Bale's Batman voice .

People seem to note the similarities between Blake and Grayson, Todd, Drake and even Azrael ... but miss the McGinnis comparison.
I think Blake is supposed to be more of a McGinnis (took over when Bruce retired) or Grayson (took over when Bruce was killed) version. Azrael was kind of an ass even before he became Batman -- Blake seemed to have his head on straight. There is a point to be made about the training, but I don't think there is about his judgment. He left the force because he'd have to make compromises ... Batman doesn't compromise.
If Bruce comes back to Gotham -- certainly an open possibility -- I'd figure it'd be to mentor as a retiree, or to resume the fight with either two Batmen (maybe a Batman, Inc. thing), with Blake as a sidekick ... or to officially outsource his ass to Bludhaven.

Get Bryan Cranston and there's nothing to worry about.
Bingo. That is how I see it. More Batman Beyond than Robin. The whole Robin name was just stupid and made no sense. If they had to do something like that, using Terry instead would have been much better and would have given us, the rabid fanboys, a better picture in what they were intending with Blake at that end there. Everyone is still arguing over Robin vs Batman 2.0 I think "Terry" would have avoided all of that.
I still think that was a bad line to include. Remove that and the film would have ended MUCH better IMO. I'm just really curious to see if WB will keep with the Nolanverse now or just reboot the franchise now. I know they want to start a Justice League, but there really isn't anything in this series that wouldn't mesh so far. Sure this is more of a real world, but when the Superheroes start popping up its supposed to be weird and unheard of.
Wasn't that the stuntman?
I fail to see how Bale's voice in TDK and TDKR was any less horrid than Ghost Riders.
It was Bane
Am I the only one who actually liked Bane more than The Joker?
One question: Was Bruce imagining Ras Al Ghul in front of him while he was in the prison?
I didn't buy that Batman couldn't inflict any damage on him during their first encounter in the sewers. Yeah, perhaps the blows from his punches weren't as strong as they were till the end, but Batman got some hits in. I know Batman's heart wasn't in it 100% and it had been 8 years since he was last active, but the ease of Bane's victory didn't feel real. Batman is literally on top of him at one point, POUNDING his face and chest in desperation and it has no effect on him. Fast forward later on where he's punching Bane in the face and his mask is starting to break.
Bane was just written in as this unstoppable, unbeatable force during that sequence, that part of the film. Did I want Batman to be unbeaten and invincible? No. I know the whole point of the scene is to "break Batman" and destroy his morale but I just didn't believe it coming from Bane.
