Hey guys, did Selina have the pearl necklace on at the end at the cafe? Too tired to remember.
Terrible terrible tragedy about the shooting
The film however, I couldn't have asked for a more fitting conclusion, in beyond words at the moment
Void did cry, a lot.
Even assuming he was the hardest-core "Nolancompoop" in the world, you are painting with a VERY broad brush there, because of one guy's actions. Let's follow your logic to other situations. The Columbine killers loved the Matrix. Therefore, Matrix fans take this too seriously and are potentially dangerous. The Norway killer admits he used COD as a training tool. Therefore, COD gamers are prone to go on killing sprees.I dunno lowbrow, you tell me. There weren't shootings at Avengers midnight showings, were there?
Different level of fans. Avengers fans know how to have fun and just flamed negative reviews. Nolan nutbags are obsessed and posted death threats for negative reviews. Educate yourself a bit on what's going on so you don't seem so divvy next time you post.
Sounds like it was an attendee who got frustrated with the crowd. Doesn't sound like someone who hated the film. He shot a baby point blank.
If I go on the ASM and Avengers Rotten Tomatoes right now, and post death threats directed at those who gave negative reviews, does that mean I am representative of ASM and Avengers fans? What if it wasn't just me...what if a dozen of us did it, or a hundred? Not really, because ASM fanboys, regardless of how douchy, don't post death threats about negative reviews. They just gang up, play limp biscuit with each other, cry and troll. The Nolan fans are the ones who took this ____ to a way different level. First RT has to deal with the death threat ____, and now this.
Still getting the same ____ from the NBC affiliates stating he stood up in the theatre and started shooting attendees.
And I see this tomorrow morning with my 4-year-old daughter.
Celtic I agree with most of the stuff you've said regarding this incident, except this. Why would seeing it in 4 weeks be any safer than seeing it tomorrow? If there are other potentially crazy and murderous TDKR-motivated people out there, would they be any less homicidal in 4 weeks than they are today? It's never going to be guaranteed safe out there in the world. We should all just stay shut in our homes rather than risk actually living our lives. Cliche statement rings true here: "If you live in fear, the terrorists (crazies) have won."Yeah, I'm not seeing this flick in IMAX tomorrow. No thanks. I'll see it in 4 weeks. I have no need to risk my ____ing life over this movie.
Which I enjoyed. I guess I should talk about the flick for a second.
Bane was lame, and I loved the ending,
I absolutely share your anger at the specific shooter. But I really apprieciate this post, because as absurd as it is, it most honestly shows your true feeling. Careful, your kneejerk bias against Nolan/his fans is showing here. You WANT this movie badly because of a lunatic? All of the people that worked hard on this film....you want their hard work NOT to earn as much as it might've, because of this one guy's actions? A more legit reason would be if you wanted it to do badly because you think the film itself sucked. Why not just admit the truth man, you want this film's box office to be negatively affected, period...doesn't matter much which factor hurts its box office, as long as its box office gets hurt.____ing Nolancompoops. I seriously hope this ____ affects the box office to send a clear message how idiotic this ____ has gotten with these pathetic losers. Mother____ers shot a baby at close range.
It's his opinion that it's the best movie he has seen in his life. In your opinion, what is the best movie ever? I guess that makes you a member of the Cult of _______ director then, right?Seriously?! You need to see some more movies than mate. That's just crazy talk.
What is this? "The Cult of Nolan".
I guess the heavily armored, black wearing, masked robbers of the North Hollywood shootout in 1997 were Batman fans too? Along with every killer that ever planned it out and equipped and dressed themselves similarly?Watching it on BBC news right now. It does seem to be connected to the movie itself. They say he was wearing all black, with googles and a riot mask of some kind, a bullet vest and he walked into the middle of the screen. Honestly, kevlar, black outfit, mask/goggles, tear gas at a Batman midnight showing? That doesn't sound too random IMO.
Sounds like a Bat freak - nut job, of some kind. Especially after all the internet death threats and BS last week.
Awful, awful to see this type of ____ happen. It's even scarier because it's so random. Lets hope there are no copy cat incidents.
Considering the subject matter of these movies, it's a real concern. I would imagine the police think so too.
Sad to see the possibilitythat Fox may have died
Don't worry.Fox isn't dead. He was at the "funeral" for Bruce and the reading of his will.
Feels amazing knowing I have my own seats waiting for me
I absolutely love how Nolan portrayed the scene of Bane breaking Batman's Back.....Iconic!!!!
I see young babies at the movies all the time, most of the time they just sleep.
I would rather bring my baby than leave him at home unless its with someone who has raised kids. its just like going to a restaurant.
I really do not see any problem with it....... just my opinion.
You are obviously not a parent. Whether you see it all the time is irrelevant. It IS bad parenting and irresponsible. As a parent you make sacrifices. One is clearly missing out on late night adventures unless you have someone to watch your kid.
That's the last I will comment on it.
