This is kind of an odd question, but I figured this would be the place to ask. Before I buy the Dark Knight Rises Soundtrack, what song has Bane's chant?

It's not limited to one track, it's on quite a lot of them in different forms. Fear Will Find You is one example.

Its at the end of "gothams reckoning" mainly and kind of an underlying rhythm throughout a couple other tracks. That's the main track though.

Thanks a ton; I have my seven year old walking around chanting "Deshi Basara" nonstop to annoy the wife and I figured I could play the song as well. Marriage = :inlove

Haha no problem bud. Sounds funny. But yeah, its throughout that track mainly then really comes in at the end for a few seconds. Think its also in "the fire rises" but can't remember off the top of my head.

Just some quick thoughts. I LOVED it. That said, I think there were parts of the film I felt were rushed and could have used some breathing space, but the ending for me was absolute and utter perfection. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think Wayne was clearly the soul of the film, but Blake was the heart, he was the embodiment of the good in Gotham that Wayne's spent his life fighting for.

With regards to the ending, it fulfilled the promise of Begins; Batman became 'more than just a man' in his final act of saving Gotham. His legend was truly solidified in Gotham's memory forever. By doing so, he ensured the symbol of the Batman is something which can never be destroyed, so it was only natural that someone else would take up the mantle once the mortal Bruce Wayne moved on (I'm undecided whether he died or not, I'm leaning towards no but its not 100% certain, i'll need to watch it a few more times). I think the ending frames of Robin/Blake rising were incredibly appropriate

Also the title 'The Dark Knight Rises' has at least 4 meanings that i've come up with so far.

Overall I couldn't say how this ranks versus the other two quite yet, the film was much too dense to digest in one sitting.

I look forward to seeing it many more times over the coming weeks so I can peeks away at all the layers of this epic.

I won't attempt to review it properly for a few weeks yet

didnt you see bruce alive at the end hes with selina he didnt die.

just saw the movie, absolutely excellent end to the trilogy, plus a free trilogy poster for watching it in imax, sweeeeeet

i dont know if it was intentional or not, but john blake was like a combination of all three robins 1. he was an orphan, much like ____ grayson, 2. he was called "hotheaded" a bit of jason todd right there, and 3. he was smart, like tim drake and how he found out bruce wayne was batman on his own.

yupp Blake was the embodiment of all the Robins, which was awesome I think

not sure if Alfred was fantasizing but yeah I'll probably end up believing the scene was real and Wayne lived

Just back from seeing it tonight and i loved it, Bane was the best thing about the film for me, catwoman was great too

I absolutely loved Crane's cameo as the judge

I can't believe this film is getting such a warm reception from you nerds. The second hour was "Law & Order: Gotham". The ending was wretched. This is = "The Godfather 3".
