Looking at Josh Pence I would say they already have brought back Ras:

Very good casting for a young Liam Neeson lookalike. Now the question is if this is in some sort of Flashback or if they are intending to really bring back Ras as some sort of player in this third act. It's quite possible that this version emerges from the Pit to show the rejuvinating characteristics.

I looking forward to this.I have seen in movie theaters both Batman Begins and Dark knight.I have say that both Joker and Two-face was scary in Dark Knight.Heath and Eckhart did so good job as villains BTW Christian Bale is excellent as Batman.
