I'm guessing Thalia has access to the tumbler specs and has multiples made for Bane and the League while under the guise of Bruce's assistant/exec at Wayne enterprises. Just wild speculation on my part.

Couldn't somebody have just found the wrecked one and copied it. Other than missing the motorcycle part it really didn't look like it destroyed itself that bad.

Seems like this movie will be going back into the direction of more scifi elements just like BB (earthquake causing device )

TDK had the sonar stuff but other than that it was a straight up crime drama.

I hope Batman uses his Bat Back Up squad again in this movie

I think that's Joseph Gordon-Levitt cracking up to the left. I'm guessing Bale and Hardy are sharing a joke/laugh in between takes.

Keep in mind these aren't official pictures, most of the time it's them practicing/waiting.

Here is what has been released about good ol' Catwoman:


LIGHT SPOILER (Not enough to tag it IMHO):

Catwoman is apparently one of the most well written characters we’ve seen in these movies so far and she could potentially steal the show the way Heath Ledger did last time. She does some cool stuff in the movie like jumping out of windows and stealing the Batpod. Her back story is that she has a history of abuse and works as a stripper and is also a pickpocket.

So, her on the Batpod is essentially part of that.

To be honest the "ultra cool badass sexy chick with a dark past" sounds really cliche. I really hope she doesn't steal the show.

the point of giving the tumbler the ability to self destruct is so it wont leave any trace for others to imitate the tech. also, the destroyed tumbler is black; the ones bane has are all camouflaged, exactly like the lucius's proto in begins. so bane copied a black tumbler and then made a new one exactly in the color scheme of the proto? that does not compute.

a simpler more logical explanation is bane found a way to get into lucius's workshop and steal all his proto. ditto with catwoman and the goggle.

nolan's bat needs no sidekick. nolan already expressed his lack of interest in robin, why would he want to add a batgirl?

if the source info is reliable then it's taken right out of miller's year one, only miller's catwoman is a black woman. if this is true then it suits me just fine. her being raised in poor neighborhood and with a history of abuse provide a great contrast to bruce wayne's past, raised in upper class environment and loved by his parents(if only for a short while).

Man, this stuff all seems pretty weird to me. I can't say any of this is really peeking my interest too much. I'm sure the movie will be great...

but I'm not really understanding some of the things I've seen. It seems way to open to the public and some of the things I've seen are making me alittle concerned with what the hell is going on.

I felt like my experience with TDK was a little bit more mysterious. That is what made it alot of fun. Whats with the lack of security with all these things?

I'm also not a football fan, or a fan of professional sports..besides hockey. It's a fun way to be entertained, but they seem more trivial to me then reading or watching a movie or something. Like even comic book movies can be more than just entertainment, to me. I'm not bashing pro sports at all, because I used to dream of playing them as a kid, I mean more about the business aspect of it. The idea of it being in a football stadium automatically connects me to advertisement and product placement. There is something off-putting about there being a giant HEINZ in the movie. Seems very blatant from my perspective of it right now.

Like the joker picked banks, hospitals, and broadcasted himself on TV to raise awareness of his actions...but big buff bane picks a football stadium? haha

too much speculation, and not enough central control from WB. that was what I liked about the virals...it kept you pumped and also gave you something to look forward to. Sure there was ____ getting leaked, but it wasn't as clear and all over every front page of rumor websites. I don't doubt the film, I just feel a bit curious as to what's going on with that aspect of it. Nolan is usually private enough that whatever you do find out is totally completely blown away by what he actually releases. I'd like to add I saw TDK in theatre 12 times...I was and am fanatical about it.

Also, I like the idea that bane has horrible bacne...that was one of the first things I liked about the first image they put out.

Well one could argue that Alfred provided the same amount of love and affection as a parent would have, I do though agree that the contrast would be fun to play out on screen to see that both become costumed personalities who if they play true to the comics play very close to each other and off each other but with such different backgrounds.

Is Bane supposed to be brilliant? Maybe he designed his mask, worked on the initial Tumbler project, and recently created that ball object on Heinz field. Inventor gone amok kinda deal... Recognized his own creation and forces Bruce Wayne back?
