Easy there guy. I don't have a problem with it. On the surface, it is not as immediately easy to believe that anyone--male or female-- who is significantly outweighed and out-muscled by their multiple opponents could prevail in a fight. But there is more to the illusion than just the physical appearance and the body type. It's about how they move, the circumstances of the battle, how the scene is shot and a bunch of other factors that go into helping suspend the disbelief of an underdog victor in a movie fight scene. Like I said, Uma (and her fight choreographers) thoroughly convinced me in Kill Bill. As for Anne Hathaway in TDKR, I'm "reserving judgement" until I see how well they "sell it".
Not to mention that it's not unheard of for skinny people to win fights against bigger opponents in real life.
I listed those pics to show that thats the way hollywood works, that's just the way it is, they cast small girls to play action heroes,
I personally do not have a problem with it, as long as they can act and they are pretty they can keep doing this as long as they like, all these women i showed are beautiful good actresses, (besides Garner, she is beautiful though)
Im saying is, Nolan saw something in her that he liked, he was probably thinking about the performance, I dont have a problem when small girls are in action movies, you guys are the ones that do, i was just pointing out, is the norm.
at this point, should it be that much of a surprise, i mean after movies like this:
