Personally I'm ok with recasts as long as it wasn't an official liscenced product, or it is out of production, but that is just me.

Really love this piece. I saw it on ebay a few weeks ago I think and actually considered trying to get it. I like how it shows just how little Arnie is compared to the Predator...and as we all know, Arnold back then near his prime(movie acting prime, not body building) is a huge guy. Basically my favorite screen in the movie is right after this moment when Arnold is getting slapped around like a rag doll.

Will be difficult since the HT figure was it with a hammer several times, decreasing it's size....

I buy 2 of all his predator releases originally, 1 for my huge predator collection and the 2nd as backup or selling them someday.

ik this is an old thread but this idea for a diorama looks great...does anyone know the specs of this / how one could go about obtaining one?

easy.

1) pay $500 and order the sculpt from narin: https://www.narinstudio.com/stor.html

2) pay $1500-$2000 and ask joe dunaway to paint it for you by emailing him (edit: email removed, just search for joe dunaway on google for his website )

net net ~$2500 for the statue with a top end finish. I never went with any of the custom for preds because how fragile they are, just the thought of wasting time dealing with breakage on such high price pieces turn me off, not like sideshow you can just return it and get a new one

I've had to deal with a few breakages from joe, defn not fun for the cost of those things
