From what I gathered in that video:

-Game is played in chapters such as RE4, guy was playing Chapter 9
-Story revolves around some kind of evil doctor
-Enemies drop ammo, however, the amount of ammo you hold is extremely limited. For example, you can only hold like 7 shells of a shotgun, and 2 "crossbow bolts" or whatever the hell it was.
-You must burn enemies or they will eventually get back up (ie crimson heads)
-At one instant, a Zombie had a gun and shot Sebastian, instant kill?

Yup, except I think everything is Ruvik's fault, I'm sure the Doctor influenced him somehow. After Sebastian entered the mansion I noticed something, in the "flashbacks" when the Doctor is talking to young Ruvik you can see the Doctor is the exact same character model that was shown before when they were looking for Leslie. So I guess the Doctor in not even alive...

I dunno its weird.
