Hi all,

Finally, Rainman finished to paint the head sculpt.
And he is working on the clothings... :banana
I'm really looking forward his final looking.

Looks amazing! :google Loads of personality and detail. The hair looks fantastic. The last picture looks like a photograph of Eli Wallach.

My only critique would be I'm not a big fan of the direction the eyes are painted. But at least they aren't looking all the way to one side.

Great job once again, rainman!

I really dig the position of the eyes. Really plays on the Leone camera angle close up on the eyes shooting left or right with the musical sting. Perfect IMO

I've found when the iris gets too close to the corners, the lines become muddy and less realistic. As long as at least a glint of sclera shows on both sides of the iris I'm happy.

wow this has got me be the best out of the 3 headsculpts rainman did. no offense to jim maddox head but this is the real eli wallach.

PJ, Rainman's Art Works are offered through Zuno's E-ureka Shop, which has also carried offerings from other well-known and highly regarded Korean artists. Rainman's works are usually numbered, limited editions. The only open editions from GBU are the painted and unpainted heads from the most recent figure, and the site says they are out of stock. The limited editions are all sold out. When it's ready, "The Ugly" will be offered through the site, and the date and time for orders will be posted there in advance. Thus far, Rainman has offered complete figures first, and assembly kits without the body some time after.

thank you for the link and the info...:)

That looks spectacular! Really amazing! :clap The noose is a nice touch.

Zuno, I assume Rainman is making Tuco's outer jacket as well?

Still hoping the bags of gold are the secret item. :D

damn that's nice. dig the beads of sweat on the forehead in the 3rd picture. the jacket color & material is looking great. I second the hope for bags of gold.:angelsmil

i think i'm alone on this one but i really liked tuco's clothes in the first half of the movie.

You're not alone! I always loved the bandito garb he wore early in the film, including the sombrero... the "classic" Tuco. I'd even welcome the Confederate uniform he wore as "Bill Carson".

Actually, I'd be satisfied with Tuco in a any of his costumed versions, but the last costume, for the final showdown in the cemetery, seems to be the one most people expect for him. Probably the most memorable outfit he wore, albeit the simplest. Looking forward to seeing how Rainman crafts it in 1:6 scale.

I personally can't wait to see the 1851 Navy .36 percussion revolver. Poor ol' Eli apparently had problems holstering it without looking at the holster first, so they opted for the lanyard around his neck instead... and GBU history was made!

Since he is making the finale costume, I just want the torn up outer jacket to be included as well.

Looks awesome so far.

A couple of comments:
1. Does he need more beard? From looking at the photos, while is mustache is pronounced, so is his beard, especially if Rainman is going for the final showdown look.
2. Is there any way to sew the metal button such that you cannot see it? It's a bit distracting right now.

It still looks great though.
