I respectfully dissagree with EC. I think this has the most life out of any of them and looks the most real.

I'm being picky, but, specifically, his right eye in the last picture. It could be just the shadows or that it's a little out of focus, but the whites of his eyes and blacks of his pupils aren't as distinct and even as they could be. I think it makes him look a bit less life like. But I know these pictures are much larger than the actual heads so I'm sure it will look great in hand. :)

I agree... I think he needs that other coat as well, and the hat would be awesome! Any chance those could be the "exclusive" pieces that the complete figure come with? Zuno, could you pass along our hopes to Rainman?

He looks great but I'll be honest... if that's the outfit he'll come in, I can't spare the money. Add the rag coat and hat and I'll be sold!

I just wait the extra item will not be Tuco´s outer coat. I think this figure needs the outer coat to be completed because that coat and the hat are part of his outfit.

I mean, is like if you buy a darth vader figure and as a extra item you receive the cape. No, the cape is an important part of the outfit of that character.

And in that part of the movie Tuco uses the outer coat.
;)

IMO.

Tuco obviously looks fantastic but I agree that the outer coat is quite essential. 650, or even 380, is a lot of cash to throw down, and without the coat, id feel much less comfortable putting that much out than I would with the coat.

Well said; this is *exactly* how I feel too!

Hi all,

Rainman said that he focused on the last scene for the three figures.
As you see, No hat, no gun belt, no spur and no outer coat on the ugly.
I guess that he would surprise with the bonus item...

That's disappointing.

Technically, Tuco did have his outer jacket in the last scene. He took it off when digging the grave and you can see him standing on it when Blondie hangs him at the end.

I hope the price reflects his small number of items.

Wow amazing paint job! the added sweat gives him so much life. I think this figure shines the most out of all the other ones. It's perfect. It would be nice to have the outer coat too but it's not really a necessity cause the outer coat looks pretty much the same.

I just came across these pictures.

You can see Tuco standing on his outer jacket while in the noose. In the black and white you can see how damaged it is. Almost like the Hot toys Two-Face jacket.

And here's a couple of the torn shoulder seam in Tuco's inner jacket.

dude ur alone on that one! if you want the jacket seam to be undone go ahead and do it yourself. i'm all for screen accuracy but i honestly dont want holes on my tuco's jacket

if you really care about accuracy, why not? The clothing, as much as the way he carries his gun, is part of his characterization. The damaged, dirty clothes help describe visually who Tuco is.

I think when Tuco uses this outfit; he uses in almost every moment of the final part of the movie his hat and his outer coat. When he runs around the cemetery he looses his hat and when Blondie tells him "There are two kinds of people in the world, my friend. Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig", he takes off his outer coat and begin to dig. If this want to be a representation of the final duel..I think the coat must be damaged too.

But I still think the outer coat and the hat are a very important part of the outfit, what kind of gunman is a gunman without a hat?

Just a opinion.

tuco does look great, but i agree with EC that his clothes could do with a bit of dirtying up. you could work the tear in using a second layer of lining on the inside and some clever stitching. even without the tear, it wouldn't be tuco unless he's looking a bit filthy.

whoops i thought you were talking about his inner shirt like in this pic

I can care less for the outer jacket. but the inner shirt i want clean just the way rainman posted the pics.

I dunno its just the way Rainman made the others Blondie isn't weathered, Angel Eyes isn't weathered so it wouldn't fit the collection if you have tuco come in with battle damage clothes, holes and weathering....

Well, Tuco is a different character than Angel Eyes and Blondie. Angel Eyes and Blondie didn't wear torn or damaged costumes in the film. Tuco's clothes should, and in the film they do, reflect that he's 'The Ugly'. And it's not battle damage - his clothes were like that when he changed into them. His jackets are both beaten up and ugly, like him.
