Oh man I hope so. It's been way too long! Faramir was first hinted at as early as September I think, and the PPO was around my birthday in December--6 months ago. As it is it'll still be at least half a year before we see another 1/6 figure at our doors. Oh well, at least I have Faramir . . .

That's my reason for liking Faramir and LOTR in general. Doing the right thing is not easy and you will receive lots of pressure from all over. What makes you "special" is how you handle that. Do you bend and break to the pressure ala Boromir or do you stay strong ala Faramir?

I am about 90 miles NE of Sideshow. In fact, I just inspected some work not but a mile or 2 from their office last week. I seriously thought about stopping in, but then thought that I don't want them thinking I am a psycho.

And where did you get the pic? I thought you already had yours.

It is actually not unusual for me to get the Sideshow stuff fast. I am often lucky enough to get my orders in within the first 15 mins of the pre-orders, and I was told at SDCC last year that the orders are filled in order of their being made. That, and my proximity, usually get the figures to me pretty quickly.

If you look at the post I mention it came from another forum, but no worries. As for being close, I'm in So Cali too but I still end up waiting a few days. And I had him pre-ordered within the first 2 minutes! (Yes, I actually checked to see how long it would take.)



Oh well. He'll come soon enough. Unless you want to drive down to Orange County and give me yours and then I'll give you mine when he comes!

What the heck! I live less than 20 miles away from them and mine isn't scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Ba hum bug.
