Out of that list, gotta go with Fingaz and his hiding ass.
If I ever get to chainsaw Yippy, that might change though.
Ill would've probably been my first choice though. For some reason every kill on him is satisfying (then I like to guess what he's saying as he enters the dead room)

i usually like getting the Kain-Saw just because i've died horribly to his many, many times.
