I wouldn't take her to see this film. First of all for the simple fact that I'm pretty sure it would just bore her most of the time. Most of this movies story is geared toward adult understanding. There is a fair amount of profanity too. If you have not seen it yet, I would recommend taking her to see Chronicle (0great movie) Also, I saw a couple of kids in the audience and they all seemed to enjoy it.

Did you know that for most of the shots they had animatronic wolves, and then CGI'd more in? Pretty damn cool. Also they had some trained wolves on set as well. Probably for chase scene's etc.

That's damn good animatronics though.
I heard Liam say that there were no real wolves and that they were all animatronic in some interview..but if there were indeed real wolves..that's awesome. :yess:

I think she would probably have a lot of fun watching this instead

I heard that too, but in the credits it has "on set wolf trainers" so I figured that they had some.

Is there lots of profanity? (could be the deal-breaker for me)

This is not an action movie. At all. There's nothing in this for children, as it is about coping and accepting death. Not something for a kid to deal with at that age.

I'm all for showing younger kids badass R-Rated movies...but not this one.

As an Atheist, I really liked the points concerning religion made during the film, it's nice to see a change of religious themes when it comes to the motion picture industry.

It was a combination of CGI, animatronics and real wolves.

Talk about a cool job. I have a timber-wolf husky mix as a pet and he's awesome. He's not as dark or as big as the one's in the film though

Good tidbit. The in the part where he was yelling for an answer, the director asked Liam to use his personal experience with his wife for the inspiration and motivation for that scene. I thought it was very personal and touching.

Yeah i wanna see it bad. But not bad enough if you guys say don't take her. Thanks, i won't.

She wants to go, but if there is that much profanity she'll just have to suffer.
