Death is a depressing thing.

Depending on what way you look at it. What did Neeson's character have worth fighting for? The only thing that kept him going were the wallets, other then that his character was ready to die. He accepted death, you see many nod towards this throughout the film. (his father's poem for example: "live on this day, die on this day.")

Yeah i wanna see it bad. But not bad enough if you guys say don't take her. Thanks, i won't.

She wants to go, but if there is that much profanity she'll just have to suffer.

There's nothing in it for children though. There's no action. At all. It's more of a drama.

I did not notice the language.

Then you're either deaf or have a filthy mouth yourself. :lol

Had the characters not been the type of men that talk like that, I would have felt the writer needed a thesauras because the F word is a stupid person's verb/adjective/noune/etc for everything :lol

But yeah, its a great movie, but not for a 10 year old girl. Movies have this thing call a rating system and it gives an age where the content is deemed apporpriate. You should look into it! :lecture

Awesome movie!!! It really shows how good of an actor Liam Neeson is. Very depressing, but good.

^ Thank god. :lol

It is. I'll watch it again on Blu Ray. Not that it isn't a good movie...just a heavy one. At least for me at the moment.

It's depressing but good. I like the overall message. Heavy is a good word to describe it.

I was so expecting a helicopter to appear when he was yelling up at god saying show me something. But what happened fit better!

Agreed. And same here. I thought they would come back to that watch. But they never did. More realistic I suppose.

I liked the the themes as well. The fact that they showed there is no help from a "god" and that life is more meaningful without the worry of death.
