Saw this at a premiere last night, and really liked it. Big fan of the first movie and it's characters and all of them had some awesome moments in this sequel.

The story is indeed roughly the same as in part 1 (somebody's getting married, the guys party and wake up after a rough night with no clues as to what happened). But IMO, you don't go see a movie like this for it's clever plot; you go to see it for it's jokes. And in that way, this movie delivered. I found it even more funny that part 1!

The story's the same, but the stakes are higher? That's not unlike many Hollywood sequels. Still interested in seeing it.

Well it sounds like my worries are legit. The reviews are coming in and it's not looking good. I think every review mentions it being the exact same film as the first.

Just got back from seeing it. It was pretty funny. Almost exactly like the first one, just more disgusting stuff. Zack G. was no where near as funny as in the first. His character was pretty much shoved down the viewer's throat. Too much of his one-liners and jokes that weren't all that funny. Otherwise, it was decent. Chow was the best part for me. I give it a 7.5/10.

Um yea. They could have moved it downfield a bit, changed some things up and not repeated the exact same gags from the first movie.

It's no different than just about every single Marvel movie that has come out in the past 10 years.

Laughed out loud about 3 times. Long periods of not laughing ( I was not the only one. The packed Cinema was pretty quiet for a lot of the time).
It's just a rehash, and I am happy to just stick with the first one, and not bother getting this one on Blu-ray.
Best part is the end credits.
