Saw the trailer this weekend at MOS. Looks freakin' awesome! With what they show to be covered in this movie...I doesn't seem like they left much for #3. But if they make the battle of five armies a movie by itself...that'll be cool with me.

I think with the added bits from the Appendicies and some of the Smaug stuff there will be room in film three. Im still torn on what's going to happen with Smaug. I could see them saving his death and the battle for film three and also do some bridge stuff as well.

Film school student as well, I go to movies because I like to watch movies.

I enjoyed The Hobbit. I just thought the visuals sucked.

Not really. That rarely happens. If i'm not enjoying a movie, i'll just zone out, or whatever.

I try and take in everything. I don't sit there and make a list going "bad shot. Good shot. Great angle. Good lighting". But those things can and usually pop in my head one in a while.

Nope. It got changed to a trilogy not long after Comic-Con last year.
