I'm trying to think. I think he's the only Dwarf who didn't have a single Line. I'm hoping he gets some lines in DoS, unless it's PJ"s big plan.

I think he was the only one who didn't speak, as well. I had a feeling he was just more for comic relief, and may never speak. I'd be okay with it. We'll see!

He plays a fairly large role over a few chapters in the book so I'd expect it to be fairly similar in the movie. He won't die until film three.

Hey Josh, you might wanna spoiler tag your comment about Smaug in the page before this, since some viewers of this thread may not be familiar with the book.

Good idea. I don't think of it as a spoiler myself but that comes with reading the book a few times over the last several years. :lol

In case you didn't know, there will be a double feature of The Hobbit, at least at Cinemark. I had asked on their facebook page and they said yes. :)

Cool! I'm definitely going to that. Too bad they won't show the extended.

Yeah, I think I'm going to as well. It looked like via the link the AMC person sent me they may only be doing it in 3D though. That is kind of a bummer but it is what it is. I know! That would be awesome but maybe we'll get the first two EE and then the last film like we did with The Lord of the Rings or in 2015 get all three EE shown together.
